  • A large, open pine cone
  • A mix of peanut butter with margarine

How to Make:
To make your pine cone bird feeder, tie the pine cone to a few feet of string. You can do this by attaching the string to the pine cone and then tying it around a few sections from the top of the cone. For hanging your pine cone, make a loop.
Now place the pine cone over a piece of paper towel and using a butter knife spread the peanut butter mixture on the edges of the cone.   • Popsicle sticks
  • Green paint

To make the beautiful pine cone Christmas trees for your holiday decorations, start by first putting together the tree stand. For doing this you need to cut the Popsicle sticks into two-inch pieces. Glue them over each other to make an "X".
Now with a little glue, paste the pine cone onto the sticks, and hold it there until the glue sets. Using the green paint, color your pine cone tree green, and in each of the pockets of the cone, place the miniature colorful beads.

  • Wire hanger

How to Make:
For making the wreaths, you would need at least eight pine cones and a wire hanger, cut in half. Form the wire into a circle and wind the two ends securely together. Using duct tape, make sure that the ends are now attached to one other.
Once you have made your wreath circle, attach the pine cones to the wire using hot gun glue. You can decorate your wreaths with many things such as red beads and green ribbons to make little holly berries.
